The price is for a 25% Share into Ownership. NO per hour charge, NO monthly charge EXCEPT we will meet as owners and decide how we handle the Costs of Ownership like: Maintenance, Tie Down fees, Insurance etc.
The airplane is in Annual, Flies nicely, I just flew it from Austin, Texas to Orlando Executive (KORL) where it will be based next to my Grumman Tiger. I just had the Carburetor overhauled at a cost of $1,200. It was done in Texas BEFORE I flew it 12 hr to Orlando.
Total time is approx 7,000hr and Time on the Engine is approx. 1,200hr. Plenty of hour to fly. It needs to be washed and waxed. I just paid for re-Upholstering the seats so seats look better than new.
As you could infer I own another aircraft, Grumman Tiger...therefore I would not be flying this one much so you have a lot more time to spend flying. If you don't know how to fly, I will guide you and assist you, and mentor you to attain your Pilot's Certificate.
