This is a certified 14 Volt Narco 12D with mounting box, wiring harness, and indicator nav head. It can be installed as a new installation with its mounting box. However, it is commonly used to as a slide out slide in replacement for the ARC radios in Cessna airplanes. It can be a slide in replacement for the ARC RT308, RT328, RT508, RT528, and TKM MX300. It was tested by an avionics shop and worked well. They did say one of the knobs was intermittently sticky.
