Excellent project plane.  1965 Bellanca 260C (14-19-3C__SN 4246).  Continental IO-470-F (SN CS135218-5-F).  Hartzell prop HC-cxyf-18F (SN AM1476)  TTAF 1487. SMOH 137.  SPOH 0. Basic IFR panel with dual KX155 Nav/Com (SN 9329 w/GS__SN U35862), KI 209 VOR/GS indicator, KI 208 VOR indicator, KMA-24 Audio Panel (SN U33536), KR86 ADF, KT76A Transponder, altitude encoder. New windshield. Previously owned by A&P.  Very complete logsComplete factory manuals.  I purchased it partially renovated, then couldn't get a hanger to complete the work.  Stored in my secure garage.  I'm moving and have to sell.  Fuselage and control surfaces covered and primed.  Wings bare.  Fabric to cover wings and Randolph Urethane in the original colors; sandalwood with brown trim.  Seats in very good condition.  No headliner currently installed.

Plane came from Texas.  Prior owner lived at an airport with hanger.  Hanger got turned into "mother-in-law" quarters.  He sold the plane to me.  An endangered newt at Watsonville Airport blocked the construction of the hanger I needed.  Plane sitting ever since.  I previously renovated a damaged Bellanca.  I did the work.  I had help from an A&P during re-assembly.  It can be done.  There are great resources from Ceconite, the FAA and others about how to do fabric work.  It takes some time, work, patience and attention to detail.  Most of all, it takes a place to do the work.
