These 3 Garmin GPS’s were previously used in our company B737 aircraft before we installed a GPS datalink into our FMC’s. All 3 are in good working condition.
The databases for all 3 GPS’s have expired and are easily updated through
All 3 GPS’s have the Chartview ($100) option enabled which allows the addition of Jeppesen charts on the GPS. The aircraft position can also be seen on the chart which is a nice feature if used.

A note on expired databases: The GPS will still work with the expired database, however the information presented may not be accurate. We typically updated the databases once a year as we used the GPS mainly for position accuracy rather than specific frequency/chart/airport information.
Not included:
Battery packs: Because we used aircraft power we did not replace the Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery packs that came with the original units when they failed. The cost for the battery packs is approximately $120 and is not required to use the unit with a power source.
