Customer Service

We provide a 60 day warranty on this item and we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If there is a problem with an order please contact us directly before leaving feedback or doing anything else. During normal business hours on weekdays we will respond within a few hours (our response on the weekends and after business hours in the evening may take a little longer) and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.

Shipping Requirements

We ship within 2 business days of payment. We try to ship the next business day after payment, but occassionally there are delays and it takes 2 days.

If the value of the order is over two hundred dollars then we require a signature confirmation. If you do not want a signature confirmation on your package please contact us and we will not require it, but you will be responsible if the package is lost.

We pack our merchandise well and often overpack it, but if you wish to have it packed to specific requirements please contact us either before purchasing or right after. A delay in contacting us may result in our not being able to meet your requirements. There may be an additional fee depending on the requirements.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. We will then give you instructions on how to proceed. We work to make returns quick and easy and will refund the payment the same day the item is received.
