You are purchasing the shown GMA340H Audio Panel. This is the Helicopter version with pilot and co-pilot ICS volume controls on front panel reversed. Pilot on right side, CoPilot on left side. It is TSOd and can be installed in an airplane.
The GMA-340 was designed to make communicating easier and more flexible. It has a built in marker beacon and stereo voice-activated Intercom system. The split comm feature allows pilot to xmit/receive on comm 1 and co-pilot to xmit/receive on Comm 2.
