8- MINT or NEW - Means just that. It may have been used, but still physically looks mint.

 7- NEAR MINT - Only the slightest physical signs of having been used.

 6- LIKE NEW - May have the slightest signs of use.

 5- EXCELLENT -  Minimal wear.

 4- VERY GOOD - Will have some average signs of wear. 

 3- GOOD + - Will have some above average wear or minor repairs.

 2- GOOD - The same as good+ but with more significant scratches, wear and some spots.

 1- Poor or Fair- I will rarely list any items in this condition unless they are particularly desirable.
