1972 Piper PA-28 140. 

Nice Piper with four seats. Flies great. Wing Spar AD (airworthiness directive) is in annual. STC for automotive gasoline. Currently using avgas. 78/80 on all cylinders during annual completed 2 months ago. Meticulously maintained by owner and lived in a hanger since 1996. All annuals and ADs have been completed. Location of airplane is on a private airstrip in Geneva Florida. You are welcome to see the plane in person. The plane is in nice condition and flies great. It uses auto gasoline and holds 25 gallons in each side. 

Inspections are done and signed off. It is ready to fly. IFR equipped but not currently certified. It has one radio that works fine and the other radio only receives but does not transmit. Paint is reasonable. The headliner is coming down in the back as shown in the pictures. The engine has 3000 hours.  Ready for your test flight! The pilot is available to take you up.

The pilot says the total time on the plane is around 4900hrs and the time on the engine overhaul is around 3200. The radio is a King Radio. No damage. Logs are complete.

I have copies of all the notes in the annual now. Please text me at 407-230-4949 if you want a copy. I also have closeup pictures of the instrument panel. It has a cruising prop on it for faster cruising speed. It easily outruns the Cessna 172 that is at the airstrip.
