This aircraft is more than just a great multi engine twin time builder, annual good till Nov.1, 2018, the IFR cert just expired and I was going to purchase a 530, as the previous owner used it in his 182. All you have to do is slide one in and its all wired. Two axis stec auto pilot. Paint (way above average). Interior is vintage and very nice. Have new carpet to put in. Plane located in PA.. On Nov-24-17 at 18:26:17 PST, seller added the following information:

It was brought to my attention that the recommended TBO on the 0470 is 1500 hours, I misstyped that

information. I personally have seen 0470 engines go over 2500 hours after they have had a good top

overhaul. Just wanted to clear that up for anyone that is bidding. Continental has recently raised the TBO

TO 2000 Hours I have been told. But that 1500 hour TB0 has been a 182 issue for years. But I love the 470

and have no problem with it going past a Recommended TB0. It has a bullet proof bottom end
