Condition:

Used. Good condition. Glass is intact, with no cracks or chips. Knob turns freely, causing the VOR heading dial to rotate as well.

VOR OBS Simulator Description:

This is an instrument manufactured by the Narco company specifically for pilot flight training purposes and typically used by ground school instructors to demonstrate VOR navigation. The needles and flags are stationary. The OBS rotates by turning the OBS adjustment knob.
