TT 4311 Engine L. 1577 R. 1577 Prop R.1217 L. 1323 inspected 5/18 Engines changed to TIO-540 Lyc. day one at airresearch. aircraft has full deice, extra locker tanks. Paint is Jet Glow excellent, Glass is good, interior is good no ripes or tears. This is the first year of the stronger nose gear. Dual flight insterments. Card compass. Full Garmain 530w/traffic, 340auto, 330trans. KX155, KNS80, EDM engine monitor, HSI, Century 3 auto pilot, dual glide slopes. Strong engines and great performance. It need a new home. I don't has a mission for it. Complete logs form day one. No reserve. Been a lot questions on engines. Right engine lowest compression is 74/80. Right engine is 75/80 There are TIO-540 A2B, 310 HP. I have flowen aircraft twice from last annual inspection 5/2018. Flew fine. The auto pilot tracks fine but hunts for alt. The 530 garmin showed a internal battery low. But does not cause a problem with operation. Transponder was inspected after annual. I have order a new Battery for aircraft and will install with sale. At last inspection OH. left turbo charger and waste gate, fuel controler and fuel lines. I expect the aircraft to go for more than 65K but this a auction. Aircraft does have all 6 seats. Thank you
