Sennheiser HMEC 25 ANR Aviation Headset. Just retired, so no longer need it. It was used in an MD80. Works well, uses batteries. Battery cover missing, but batteries will stay in compartment without falling out.
Passive Noise reduction of approx. 11 dB and up to 26dB with ANR operating, make this versatile headset suitable for light aircraft, as well as jets. HMEC 25-KA also features:
· NoiseGard technology
· Lightweight and extremely comfortable to wear at 170 grams
· Supra-aural Closed- the set surrounds the ear
· Two-piece adjustable headband ensures a secure fit
· Boom microphone with noise-compensated electret capsule
· Adjustable microphone boom can be turned through 350° and can be worn on either the left or right side for single-ear use
