760 hours on engine SMOH. Less than 50 hours since all four cylinders new or overhauled.
5600 hours TTAF. 
Annual inspection January 2017.
New cylinders are just now considered broken-in.

I bought this plane for my two sons to use to learn how to fly.
They flew it for 160 hours and both have completed their training.
I paid $21,000 for this airplane in June 2014.
I spent an additional $22,000 to make this an up-to-date and safe beyond concern airplane.

Three cylinders overhauled (10 hours since overhaul), one new (50 hours since installed). 
One new magneto, one overhauled (50 hours ago).
Complete overhaul of brake system.
Push-to-talk switches on both yokes.
Intercom system.
New ELT 2015.
All wiring, electrical and avionics, checked and up-dated.

Auto gas STC. 
Engine cowling STC (makes it like a 152). 
Spin-On Oil filter STC. 
Mixture Control STC (upgrades the mixture control)

New voltage regulator.
Heavy duty alternator.

The plane was IFR certified. I did not have the certification renewed
since I am not using it for IFR training currently.
All digital avionics. Dual NAV/COMs. DME. 
Avionics control panel. 
Dual VOR, VOR/ILS.
Marker Beacons.
COM antennas overhauled.

Upgraded rotating beacon.
Flap position indicator system overhauled.
Oil temperature system overhauled(everything is new accept the gage)

Airplane has been completely treated to prevent corrosion.
Seats are in good shape. Rear window is starting to cloud.
Last painted in 1990. Paint is thin.
Wheel pants.

The appraiser I hired said the plane had a repair due to wind damage many years ago.
My mechanic has the logbooks and I have not been able to get the actual date yet.
No hail damage.

Though I have $43,000 invested in this plane, my basis, original costs plus new parts,
is about $32,000. 
The other $11,000 was the costs of labor to do all the work listed above. I'm asking at 
the low end of the price ranges I have seen for similar 150's.

Operating cost using auto fuel is only about $17 per hour.
I pay $680 per year for full coverage insurance. 
My tie-down fees are $65 per month. 

Get some partners and learn to fly or build time for 1/3rd to 1/2 of renting.
